Once disassembled, the Talismoon fan is a direct replacement for the OEM
Microsoft fan.  Remove the DVD drive and fan shroud, remove the OEM fan,
insert the Talismoon fan (and plug it in) and then put the fan shroud and
DVD drive back in.  Reassmble the case.
